I was told a coiple of months ago that she was unlikely to appear at Glastonbury next year even if the UK tour went ahead.
There are growing rumours that this seems as if this could be changing.
There are UK dates arranged around Glastonbury with a gap meaning that she could appear in the Legends slot on the Sunday afternoon.

Hopefully with The Platinum Jubilee Concert followed by Glastonbury the OCC will do an article On Diana Ross singles and albums sales.

Haven't laughed as much in yonks - the idiots all over Twitter demanding to know why Diana Ross was doing a cover of a Steps' song at the Queen's Platinum Jubilee Concert!

Very impressive performance from Miss Ross overall. It takes real skill to be able to blow a kiss while singing, or to be able to both talk and sing a song simultaneously...
Kidding, lacklustre.
Edit: On the plus side, she has made it super easy to strike her off our 'must see' list for Glastonbury at the end of the month. For that, Thank You, Diana.

Enjoyed her performance last night, very good. Loved Diana Ross, and Rod Stewart, Duran Duran & Nile Rodgers, Queen & Adam Lambert. Alicia Keys was good too always rated her. Good to see Jason Donovan donning his "coat of many colours" again singing Any Dream Will Do as part of the Andrew Lloyd-Webber set.

Only caught a bit of Diana Ross last whilst flicking through channels.
We stopped watching shortly after Celeste as the whole thing felt a bit rushed and exhausting. Sam Ryder stole the show for me personally.

My wife was convinced that Diana was wasn't singing at all. Somthing about that performance just didn't look right. I believe she's on a short UK tour before or after Glastonbury. Anyone going?

Spending a week recording tracks with The London Philharmonic Orchestra for a Christmas album release.

I don't think either her or Paul McCartney sounded great to be honest, but they are getting on in years, so it's to be expected - although that didn't stop Rod Stewart getting loads of stick from his Jubilee concert performance!

Personally when you start sounding worse than a tribute band it might be time to stop, people pay good money to see a live show, I'd have walked away and asked for a refund

She's tried to do too much the past fortnight and it's caught up with her.
She also has a track record of not delivering fully at the very biggest events.
The 2 worst performances were Glasto and The Jubilee Party.
From the clips on YouTube and reviews all the concerts in between were great.
At 78 you can't expect a perfect voice but she was awesome at the O2 on Friday night.
Pains me to say it but the only word to describe yesterday's singing performance is cr*p.
It was as if I was watching a different person from Friday.

Should do what Kiss do these days. Paul Stanley wasn't even facing the mic and his lips weren't moving but he was singing the other week.
I dont think the Glastonbury sound system and open air gigs suit older performers, at gigs you can pump in pre recorded vocals to fill in the gaps and pre recorded tracks. At Glasto there's no place to hide. A lot of artists sound flat

Well I have no idea what you lot were watching - as someone who was actually there, I thought she did great - though I did have very low expectations after the horrendous Jubilee performance.
It was easily the most packed out set of the entire festival, and the whole crowd seemed fully engaged and impressed. She sounded good to us in the field too.

So you saw her after saying you didn't need to see her after seeing her awful jubilee performance? I'm sure all bad performances are slightly better when you are there and there's an atmosphere, and alcohol and you've paid for it, so you will damn well enjoy it.

So you saw her after saying you didn't need to see her after seeing her awful jubilee performance? Correct. Never said I wasn't going, just that she was no longer a 'must see'.

I'd love to know how to get tickets for Glastonbury. I've been on the site the second they go on sale for the last 5 times, but never been successful!

I'd love to know how to get tickets for Glastonbury. I've been on the site the second they go on sale for the last 5 times, but never been successful! Pot luck. The trick is to use multiple devices and a VPN. But even with that I’ve never actually got through. This time I got tickets on resale and it was a friend who got through on the site for me
