I'd love to know how to get tickets for Glastonbury. I've been on the site the second they go on sale for the last 5 times, but never been successful! Pot luck. The trick is to use multiple devices and a VPN. But even with that I’ve never actually got through. This time I got tickets on resale and it was a friend who got through on the site for me Yeah I guess I just have to keep trying. I'm glad you got tickets though and had a good time.

I've always wanted to go to Glasto but never tried - so expensive, tickets very hard to get hold of and none of my family or close friends would be interested in spending 3 days camping in a field for the sake of music

In all honesty though the music isn't even the main attraction - there's a weird energy there I can't even begin to describe.

I wish I had gone when I was younger, these days everyone either has kids or is way too precious to camp!

Strangely ive never ever wanted to go to Glastonbury. The thought of getting dirty in the fields and camping and the noise after i wouldnt be able to sleep as i like my luxury.
Ive checked out some of the stuff on iplayer and sounds. Diana ross was poor considering. Robert Plant was ok. Pet Shop Boys nailed it again. McCartney i wasnt sure about.

I would've loved Glasto when I was younger but its a bit big for me now, 100+ stages and 5 days, i struggled with 1 day and 2 stages at a little festival, I was laid in the corner of the second stage tent using Hupin as a pillow by 7pm lol had to have a 5 minute power nap
The music is not really my cup of tea either these days, Jack White, Sea Girls, Sports Team (who clashed with Sea Girls lol), Mcfly and Pet Shop Boys would've been the only acts I wanted to see on the Sunday and i think they were pretty spread out across the stages

Yeah to be honest I do probably enjoy myself more at the smaller festivals, I just think I want to do Glastonbury at least once in my life!
I've got the Victorious festival in August, which I am looking forward to a lot!

Victorious always has a super line up for the price, maybe the best value festival? but I couldn't be much further away lol, 660 mile round trip

Have the geriatrics just discovered google? No. They just can’t remember who any of those people are.
