Foals - On The Luna From the #2 album Everything Not Saved Will Be Lost – Part 1, wasn't sure where to place this one, cracking tune, maybe deserved to be a bit higher but over the last month I have been constantly shuffling songs up my list and this seems to have been the main victim of that, they still have 2 more songs in my top 100 though

170. Frank Turner - Sister Rosetta I really enjoyed the Frank Turner songs from his new album, they were drip fed one a week on Spotify, at one point I think I had 4 in my chart at the same time, this one was a real highlight though, Stacy's mom has got it going on!

168. Skegss - Save It For The Weekend Skegss are an Australian surf music and garage rock trio originally from Byron Bay, this was the only thing they released in 2019 but they did a banging version of 'Here Comes Your Man' for Like A Version back in May

Spyres - Otherside Glasgow/East Kilbride quartet Spyres only formed in 2019 and released their debut single Otherside in July, I love the post punk, indie mix so I'm looking forward to hearing more from them in 2020, they said on BBC radio these have an average age on 16 1/2! which makes me feel old ha

165. Bear's Den - Laurel Wreath Bear's Den are a British folk rock band from London that released their third album called "So that you might hear me" earlier this year, this was third single I think and up there with one of their best songs

164. Metric - Risk Canadian indie rock and new wave band released some good songs at the back end of 2018 from their album Art of Doubt, Dark Saturday" and "Dressed to Suppress" did very well in my chart so no surprise they carried that into 2019 with Risk

155. Skunk Anansie - What You Do for Love Another hugely successful band still going strong after 25 years, these guys have spent a total of 142 weeks on both the singles and album charts and were back in 2019 with a fantastic song

Live - Hold Me Up In 2019 Live released "Hold Me Up" which was originally recorded for their breakthrough album Throwing Copper in 1994 but didn't make the album, but was added to their 2019 re-release as a bonus track for their 25th Anniversary of that album, and yes I realise there's a lot of 25 year anniversaries going g on in my countdown!
