GROUP A Cyprus 1-3 Spain Georgia 2-2 Scotland GROUP F Azerbaijan 3-0 Sweden Estonia 0-2 Austria GROUP G Bulgaria 2-2 Hungary Montenegro 2-0 Lithuania GROUP J Liechtenstein 0-2 Portugal Luxembourg 4-1 Bosnia & Herzegovina Slovakia 4-2 Iceland Lawrence Shankland's stoppage time equaliser gave Scotland a point in Georgia but the result means their chances of being one of the top seeds at the tournament next year are effectively over and they are most likely to be in Pot 3. A 97th minute own goal handed Hungary the point they needed to seal their place in Germany. It will be their third consecutive appearance at the Euros. Montenegro's win over Lithuania means Serbia must avoid defeat against Bulgaria on Sunday to confirm their place, with Montenegro waiting to pounce if their neighbours slip up. Slovakia are also there after beating Iceland. Luxembourg had an impressive win over Bosnia which means they will finish a magnificent 3rd in the group but they must now go through the playoffs if they are to make their tournament debut.

England's win against Malta means that, barring an 11 goal swing to Turkey (or a 12 goal swing to Denmark), England will be among the top seeds in the finals.
Portugal and hosts Germany are also confirmed as top seeds, with the other spots likely to go to France, Spain and Belgium.

Also, Scotland could make it into pot 2 if they beat Norway by two goals (or 4-3 or higher), but with Italy and the Netherlands probably in pot 3, perhaps that's not such a blessing.

Friday's results: GROUP C England 2-0 Malta Italy 5-2 North Macedonia GROUP E Moldova 1-1 Albania Poland 1-1 Czech Republic GROUP H Denmark 2-1 Slovenia Finland 4-0 Northern Ireland Kazakhstan 3-1 San Marino England finish their home fixtures with an underwhelming win over Malta that all but guarantees a top seeding for next year's tournament. Italy led 3-0 at half-time against North Macedonia but the visitors pulled it back to 3-2 before two late goals made the scoreline more flattering for the European champions. The result sets up a winner-takes-all match with Ukraine on Monday but a point will be enough for Italy to qualify via head-to-head record. Albania were held to a draw by Moldova but Poland and Czech Republic also drew, meaning Albania qualify for the Euros for only the second time. It's between Czech Republic and Moldova for the other automatic place with Poland having to go through the playoffs. Denmark beat Slovenia to seal their place at the tournament. We have yet another winner-takes-all clash in this group with Slovenia facing Kazakhstan for the other spot on Monday. The match is particularly crucial for Slovenia as they can't qualify via the playoffs, whereas Kazakhstan are guaranteed a playoff spot if they don't finish in the top 2.

GROUP B France 14-0 Gibraltar Netherlands 1-0 Ireland GROUP D Armenia 1-1 Wales Latvia 0-2 Croatia GROUP I Belarus 1-0 Andorra (in Hungary) Israel 1-2 Romania (in Hungary) Switzerland 1-1 Kosovo France achieve their biggest ever international victory, putting 14 past Gibraltar. 9 different French players got on the scoresheet with Kylian Mbappe scoring a hat-trick. Netherlands beat Ireland to clinch their place in Germany, meaning Greece will go into the playoffs. Wales could only draw in Armenia, handing the advantage to Croatia, which they duly took by beating Latvia. It means Wales' fate is out of their hands. They need to beat Turkey on Tuesday and hope Croatia slip up against Armenia. Whichever of the two doesn't qualify from the group will be in the playoffs instead. Romania have qualified with victory over Israel and that meant Switzerland also qualified, despite only drawing with Kosovo. Israel will be in the playoffs.

Sunday's results: GROUP A Scotland 3-3 Norway Spain 3-1 Georgia GROUP F Belgium 5-0 Azerbaijan Sweden 2-0 Estonia GROUP G Hungary 3-1 Montenegro Serbia 2-2 Bulgaria GROUP J Bosnia & Herzegovina 1-2 Slovakia Liechtenstein 0-1 Luxembourg Portugal 2-0 Iceland There wasn't a great deal to play for tonight but Serbia did clinch their place with a draw against Bulgaria, though the result was academic thanks to Montenegro losing to Hungary. It's the first time Serbia have qualified for the Euros since Yugoslavia ceased to exist. Scotland finished with a thrilling draw against Norway, which means they finish 2nd in their group behind Spain and will definitely be in the 3rd seeding pot for the tournament. Belgium leapfrog Austria after their win and will be one of the top seeds, as a result. In Group J, the top 3 all won again. Luxembourg's victory means they finish on 17 points - by far their best ever performance in a qualifying campaign. Their previous best was 10 points in the Euro 96 qualifiers. As recently as the 2006 World Cup qualifiers, they lost 12 out of 12. And they still have the playoffs to come.

Monday's results: GROUP C North Macedonia 1-1 England Ukraine 0-0 Italy (in Germany) GROUP E Albania 0-0 Faroe Islands Czech Republic 3-0 Moldova GROUP H Northern Ireland 2-0 Denmark San Marino 1-2 Finland Slovenia 2-1 Kazakhstan Three qualification places were up for grabs tonight and all three went to the teams occupying those spots before kickoff. Reigning champions Italy will get the chance to defend their title, booking their place with a draw against Ukraine, who must now go through the playoffs. England delivered another underwhelming performance, drawing with North Macedonia, though the point does confirm the Three Lions as one of the top seeds in the draw. Czech Republic booked their place with victory over 10-man Moldova. It will be their 8th Euros appearance in a row, maintaining their 100% record since the breakup of Czechoslovakia. Amazingly, they have only reached one World Cup during that time. The Czechs' qualification confirms Iceland's spot in the playoffs. A win for Moldova would've earned them a surprise qualification but the defeat eliminates them completely as they won't feature in the playoffs. Albania's draw against the Faroe Islands confirms them as group winners and means they will be in Pot 2 for the draw. Slovenia took the other spot on offer this evening, winning their head-to-head with Kazakhstan, who do at least have the consolation of a playoff spot. Northern Ireland finished on a positive note, beating Denmark 2-0 at Windsor Park. San Marino lost 2-1 at home to Finland but their stoppage time penalty means they have scored in three consecutive games for the first time ever. However, they have now also lost 46 qualifiers in a row.

GROUP B Gibraltar 0-6 Netherlands Greece 2-2 France GROUP D Croatia 1-0 Armenia Wales 1-1 Turkiye GROUP I Andorra 0-2 Israel Kosovo 0-1 Belarus Romania 1-0 Switzerland Croatia beat Armenia to claim the last automatic qualification spot. The result means Wales have to settle for a place in the playoffs. Wales had to beat Turkey and hope Croatia dropped points in order to overtake them but Rob Page's could only draw, meaning Croatia's result ultimately didn't matter. Elsewhere, Greece drew with France, ending Les Bleus' 100% record. The result means Portugal are the only side to go through the campaign winning every match. Romania beat Switzerland to confirm top spot in their group and in the process, earn a place in the 2nd seeding pot for the draw.
