Back in 2020 he was found in a cabin in Bosnia with 9 women, a cache of weapons and 14 packages of cocaine, 10 pistols, 3 suits of body armour and 10k in cash lol We've all done it.

Definitely one of the worst ever sides to reach a semi final, probably worse than Portugal in 2016 and a lot of people moaned about how they kept dogging their way through each phase.

German referee Felix Zwayer will referee the semi-final between Netherlands and England. He served a six-month ban for a match-fixing incident in Germany and has bad blood with Bellignham. Meanwhile France and Spain have Slavko Vincic, accused of match fixing. Back in 2020 he was found in a cabin in Bosnia with 9 women, a cache of weapons and 14 packages of cocaine, 10 pistols, 3 suits of body armour and 10k in cash lol A normal night in Bosnia? As for the first ref the Dutch and Germans really dont like each other, so I wouldn't think that is a good choice for them either? Surprised none of the English refs got a go at a semi as if England get through, they cant ref the final!

None of the referees from the four semi-final countries play any further part in the tournament. Daniele Orsato, who took charge of England v Switzerland, could well get the final as he's retiring after the tournament.

Good point, Germany and Netherlands hate each other, that is the rivalry
Germany are indifferent to England, we dont like them and they think we are too irrelevant to like or dislike

Cracking first half last night, then France petered out and Spain controlled the game skilfully. It's theirs to lose!

Never, ever a penalty. Terrible VAR intervention.
I'd be absolutely seething if I was Dutch.

Very poor decision, can a defender not block a shot nowadays, if anything Kane kicked the defender.
Well if the luck is with you, maybe their name is on the cup.

Regardless of the rights and wrongs of the penalty decision (and if that happens anywhere else on the pitch, it's a free kick), that's been England's best 45 minutes of the tournament by some way.

High foot with studs. Red card on occasions even in middle of the park. They'd say defender should have blocked with body. 26 been my player of the half. Mainoo

Is this the referee you were worried about? The bribe ref?

Credit where it's due, Southgate got everything spot on tonight.
He's often got the tactics right at the start of the game but his in-game management has often been lacking. Not tonight. Tactics right at the start again - easily the better team in the first half but made changes at the right time and the right changes.
Also, Ollie Watkins' winner was almost a carbon copy of Gary Lineker's goal against Germany in 1990.

^^^ Absolutely right Panda. Watkins' goal was clinical and brilliant.

This is the 4th match in a row in which the team that conceded first ended up progressing (the last 3 have all been 2-1).
In a similar vein, the last Euros knockout match involving England where the team scoring first went on to win was England's 4-0 win over Ukraine 3 years ago.

You could tell Matterface was desperate to read out what he scripted at the end, if England were to lead 5 mins before the end.
Unrecognisable Biden-esque nonsense.

And you've got to go back to 2000 against Romania for the last time England lost a game at the Euros in which they conceded the first goal.
