Saturday 17 April
We'll find out soon if the late kick-off is an FA Cup final dress rehearsal. Oh well! Spurs-Chelsea isn't the FA Cup final rehearsal after all, but it's still one of the two late games this week. In the Championship, promoted WBA host Boro, who went down with them last year, and relegation-threatened Scunthorpe and Crystal Palace are also under the predicta spotlight.
Birmingham City v Hull City Blackburn Rovers v Everton Fulham v Wolves Stoke City v Bolton Wanderers Tottenham Hotspur v Chelsea (17:30) Coventry City v Preston North End Derby County v Crystal Palace Ipswich Town v Doncaster Rovers Scunthorpe United v Bristol City West Bromwich Albion v Middlesbrough (17:15)

The West Brom-Boro game is a 5:15 kick off because it's on BBC2.

I thought I'd done awful, but ended up winning, guess it was a bad week for everyone... Always looked tough and a low scoring week, hence my many draws Of course Reading's bonus point at Cardiff threw everyone too! RESULTS: APRIL 10th1. Andy 264 2=. Frag 253 2=. Robin 253 4. misterhamster 231 5. Tom 220 6. Earl Purple 209 Very tight indeed this week, with only 55 pts between first and last, despite a wide variation in predictions ( mrh only going for one draw, Tom trying to win the pools again). In the end, Andy comes out on top. APRIL/MAY TABLE (2/6)1 [1] Tom 572 2 [3] Frag 495 3 [4] Earl Purple 440 4 [5] Robin 429 5 [7] Andy 418 6 [6] misterhamster 396 7 [2] paddy 264 Despite coming 6th this week, Tom remains at the top, and with a healthy lead, too. 5th

ouch! Gone negative, only got Derby vs Crystal Palace correct... Must admit after watching MOTD last night i did wonder whether i was going to get any right at all! Was quite pleased while watching the Football League show when what looked like a probable home banker for W Brom turned out to be correct (though Cox scoring a great goal for them was also pleasing). Thankfully ended up getting a few right in the end, but it will be interesting to see how everyone else has done, can't believe i'll be on top though! Always looked a tough week but there seemed to be a lot of surprising results.

I should have known better for Chelsea. White Hart Lane used to be a good ground for them but only 1 point now in the last 4 league visits, that from a 4-4 draw where they were cruising too. Tottenham are better this season than in the last 2 but so are Chelsea - genuine title contenders this time, so I thought they might overcome them. However they never even looked close.

Apologies for lack of results/new fixtures... new fixtures in a few minutes, results possibly tonight, or if not, then Friday or Sunday.
