Arsenal beating Man U 3-2, Liam Brady scoring I think? I liked Stevie Coppell (He was my idol), so I was a bit gutted, think it was 77 or 78?

1983 man utd v Brighton although i was only 6 i can remember Gordon smiths last minute miss that would have won the cup for Brighton the game finished 2-2 the replay utd won easy 4-0 That was the final of "...and Smith must score!", a phrase that became the title of a Brighton fanzine (no longer published).

Do we have any replays on telly this week on espn? Weather permitting, FCUM v Brighton on Wednesday Luton v Charlton on Thursday As I'm out on Wednesday night, I'm half hoping that game will be postponed to a time when I can see it.

1977, Man Utd v Liverpool, only thing I remember is the winner, which barely touched the net, bit of a bouncing freak. It was probably a fortnight after my first match in person.

Crawley v Derby appears to be ESPN's other game, an 8pm kick-off on Monday.

We're off to watch Burnley v Port Vale for £20 for me and Sam. He's also obviously looking forward to Leeds playing Arsenal Frag, and hoping you dont thrash them 7-0

I remember we played them in the third round around seven years ago, won 4-1 after coming from behind (Lehmann howler). I planned to get tickets, but forgot and it sold out Oh well - off to the Ipswich second leg instead, only a tenner for the ticket

oh dear...
Newcastle couldn't have humiliated themselves more if they tried. Pity the ESPN technical problems didn't fully kick in at the start and take down coverage of the match altogether...
Well done to Stevenage though, thoroughly deserved their win.

Bit of a mare for the north-east. One would have expected all three top-half teams to waltz through into the fourth...

Blimey at Newcastle, Sunderland and Middlesbrough! Burnley v Port Vale game was very good even if some of the Vale fans had come for a ruck, never seen so many police at an Fa Cup game, I always try and pick games that are safe as I have my 11 year old son with me, didn't know Vale had such a reputation? They brought a fair few as well, impressive for a league 2 side. Great game, 6 goals cant complain and Burnley came onto the pitch to Arcade Fire - Wake up!
