I think today could be seeing the last of our Brirish gold medals, as the Olympics are winding down, they could come in the Sailing, I'm predicting at least 2 golds, and the rest will either be silver or bronze for Lisa (Athelics), Sarah (Taekwondo) and Liam (BMX).

Methinks it's time for this I came across this some weeks ago and liked it, and he has another single out now, taste it, which is also very good. ;D

It's a shame really. Lewis was the best of his era but times move on. He's still the best long jumper that ever lived. Been a lot of bitching by the Americans in this Olympics whenever their golden girls and boys have been beaten.

And some of the American media are presenting the medals table by how many medals in total were won not by the usual method of number of gold medals, so they came out on top when they were behind in gold medals The US has just overtaken China in gold medals - but they have GB behind Russia sports.yahoo.com/olympics/medals.html

Great for Jade Jones even if I didn't really understand what was going on and lovely to see her singing the Anthem during her medal ceremony.
Disappointing that the sailors "only" picked up Silvers today.
If she runs a tactically sound race today then Lissa Dobriskey can medal and imo that will be it for the Athletes.
I don't see any of our relay teams picking up anything - maybe a couple of 4ths - and sadly my prediction is that Mo Farah wil NOT medal in the 5000m.
Next big question: who should carry the British flag at the closing ceremony? Sir Chris has had his chance.
Ben Ainslie, Kath Grainger?

Luke Campbell is guaranteed at least a silver medal after reaching the bantamweight boxing final, where he'll face Ireland's John-Joe Nevin.

Agogo is getting mullered by the Brazilian, looks like Agogo is out of the medals in the boxing.

Mohammed is out of the Taekwondo. That will only exacerbate the controversy surrounding his selection.

Shanaze Reade finishes 6th after a poor start.
Liam Phillips got a fantastic start and was in medal contention but made a mistake, losing position, and later crashed.
