As they said in the TV commentary anything could happen in the BMX tournament, I wasn't hoping for any medals there with the competition, there were a couple of strong riders. The Mountain Biking sounds interesting to watch tomorrow.
2 Silvers and 2 Bronze so far today, still waiting for a Gold.

The BMX is both brilliant and awful. It's very exciting and fun to watch but the inconsistent formatting is dire.

I am really enjoying these Olympics watching sports I don't know anything about.
All the British success is fantastic.

The Spanish guy who beat Lutalo Muhammad has reached the final, meaning Muhammad goes into the repechage tournament for bronze. He needs to win two fights to win a medal.

Dai Greene is reportedly in the 4x400m relay team for tonight, replacing Nigel Levine.

Mohammed is out of the Taekwondo. That will only exacerbate the controversy surrounding his selection. Thank god for that... that was the worst selection ever. Of course, you can't say with any certainty how someone else would have performed but that was a travesty. If I was Aaron Cook, I would take up another nationality for Rio 2016!! And I hope they're satisfied with the performance of the girl in the 800m last night. Disgraceful.

Handball is one boring sport to watch, I really can't see the fascination behind it.

I disagree. He was still running decent times during the hurdles - as good as last year - but others have improved a lot this year. Based on the semi-final, Levine looked like the weak link.
The order for tonight will apparently be Conrad Williams, Jack Green, Dai Greene, Martyn Rooney.

Handball is one boring sport to watch, I really can't see the fascination behind it. Totally agree, it seems so pointless and monotonous.

I agree on both counts, but I can't imagine how the World #1, current European Champion & former World Champion feels after the World #59 whom was apparently a better bet for success got comprehensively beaten by a Spaniard whom has lost to Aaron Cook in all 5 of their fights in an Olympic contest where Aaron Cook has a positive win/loss career record against all the competitors entered. Maybe the South Africans or Irish fed up at us taking their nationals for Test Cricket will offer him nationality for 2016.

I'm not defending the selection of Muhammad over Cook but the world ranking argument in this case is very misleading. Muhammad is ranked so low because he only recently starting competing in that weight category. In his old (higher) weight category, he is European champion, as is Cook at the lower weight. And Cook is a former world junior champion, which is very different to being a former world champion.

Sprint relay semis. I'd say there's about a 20% chance of GB getting the baton around.

HA... I thought grabbing the baton has to be between the yellow area, were they told how to do the 4x4 relay.

The most telling statistic is that 5 of GB's 6 golds were in Olympic events. Only 2 of Australia's were. Everything GB have done in track cycling since Beijing was building up to London. They didn't waste time or energy focusing on other things.
