Robbie Williams? Are u kidding Andy?! He cant sing, he has this awful voice... he didn't even deserve to be in Take That! To put him in a list with great vocalists such as Stevie Wonder and Michael Jackson is a shame!

It is a top 64 though winner, and robbie has sold shedloads of singles and albums here and in europe, he has to be in there I'm afraid...

no i am sorry this is a list for best vocalists/singers... not the ones who sold the most. But i wont carry on with this conversation as i noticed in the past that u are a fan of this losy guy who is going to commit suicide before reaching 35 anyway.

The top 64 singers will be put in based on sales in UK/Europe or maybe worldwide, or impact in that genre, simple as that...to leave robbie williams out of a top 64 male singers would be utter madness...

U cant judge a vocalist by the number of albums he sells... and u think of him "off the top of ur head? " when u think top male vocalists? ...and i think English people need to realise that Williams is nothing outside the UK. I often read people from the uk commenting on how big he is - Of course we know him with Angels but that's it. He is a big joke. Not even a real artist. Freddy Mercury would get a heart attack if he read that... oops, i forgot i was on a teenage special thread! *leaves thread*

Simple solution to this, when the voting comes round, dont vote for him!

160 is fine, I say we cull it 128!!! Or have what we think are the weakest 50 and knock em down to the last few to fill the remaining gaps... I will put a list of who I think is the weakest in that list...

I was waiting for you to nominate Kris - I don't know how prolific he has been but he hasn't any entries in British Hit Singles And Albums but for one duet with Rita Coolidge.
I haven't included Clint Boon either, you know...

I haven't included Clint Boon either, you know... Plenty of his songs have made the charts my friend. Janis Joplins cover of 'Me and Bobby McGee', Johnny Cash's cover of 'Sunday Morning comin down', Jim Reeves' take on 'For The Good Times' to name but a few. Kristofferson is a legend!

Can I also add a little unknown American singer/songwriter called: Bob Dylan to the list?
