I will second Richard Ashcroft too.
Anyone agree with Wilson Pickett? Do you know who he is? He did the original of Mustang Sally and Til The Midnight Hour.
And how about Frank Ifield, the yodeller of "I Remember You" and other such classics in the early 60s. First British singer to top the US chart and had 4 UK #1s.
Frankie Vaughan had hits over many years in the 1960s, his biggest being Tower Of Strength.

There are 10 vacant spaces left and some artists waiting to be seconded.
