I'd like to know how many times Azhar said the word 'strategy' during the course of the episode!

I'm glad Azhar went. He had nothing to offer and can't remember anything of note that he did.
No team leader has been binned yet which is amazing !!

Hadn't noticed that, but that is quite something! Maybe PM is the safest place to be for a change Really pleased Azhar is gone. He was completely invisible for the first four weeks at least, and only become slightly more prominent as a result of the numbers being cut down.

Azhar did have a point though - the PM was rubbish on this task!!

just cos azhar was quiet doesn't change the fact the pm was so bad she should of been fired, wouldn't be the first time 2 people have been fired

Should Azhar have gone last night? Probably not, the team leader, Jade, had an absolutely shocker and was easily the weak link, however Azhar has been poor for a number of weeks now so I guess he just ran out of lives! Agree with all that. I thought Azhar would go last week but then he saved himself in the boardroom. I was preparing to see how hot Jade would look on You're Fired! It amazes me that Apprentice candidates don't study the tasks from previous series' as they could then pinpoint the pitfalls and ensure they focus on what should work. Though in the world of business it can be quite easy to let things get out of control and lose your way. Read a comment on another forum saying exactly the same thing.

Of the girls, Gabriella, from the boys maybe Tom or Ricky! Agree, no one clearly stands out though

I'm so glad Laura got fired last night - she's not really contributed much to any of the tasks at all. I'm also glad that Lord Sugar appreciated that Tom took a risk which if it had paid off would have been hailed as a stroke of genius. Jenna is lucky to still be there I think - she's fortunate to have been up against weaker people in the board room, it's not because she's good that she's still in there .... and her voice still grates on me By the way - I wouldn't have bought any of that art work, never mind for 100s of ££££s

Stephen came up with another ridiculous idea! I thought he was a strong contender at the start, but now I think he's just full of crap!! Enjoyable task though and just shows how much money is in art!

Really enjoyed yesterday's episode. Gabrielle was an excellent candidate but it did look like she had run out of steam in the last few weeks! I was a little shocked to see Stephen go as well but he has made a series of gaffs and come up with some stupid ideas recently.
From the other team, Tom and Adam have been extremely poor and are very fortunate they've been on the winning team because I have to question what they have actually done! To be honest I am struggling to find a winner other than Ricky Martin, who is strong minded, sharp with a good set of business skills. True he makes mistakes, but he continues to pull in results.

I still have a little chuckle to myself everytime someone says 'Ricky Martin'.
When Gabrielle was fired I was quite disappointed - Stephen has made such a hash of so many things that I honestly thought he was a goner. And then he got fired too, so I was less disappointed. Honestly I think both of them being fired was a fair outcome.

Gabrielle really should have gone in week 1, and had done nothing throughout the process besides but Union Jacks on things!
It's so hard to call the winner because it ultimately depends on the business plans which we don't know at this stage. However, based on the tasks, any one of Ricky, Tom or Nick would be a worthy winner in my eyes. Just definitely not Adam.

Robin has got it spot on as far as I am concerned. Ricky really is a good all rounder, he may have stuffed up in the projects, but he does deliver.
I was secretly pleased when Stephen was fired too.

I think Ricky is just being kept back for the interviews where he's get completed mashed.
I reckon Nick will win it with Tom being second.
