Probably the right decision in the boardroom this week. Yes, Ricky's team were responsible for messing up, but overall Ricky's confidence and conduct in the boardroom made him potentially a very strong candidate in their years series.
Katie survives again, but for how much longer?

I quite like Katie tbh, it doesn't seem like the she doesn't pull her weight, not compared to many of the others who I barely even notice.
Definitely the right choice got fired.

Ricky came across well, even being in the potential firing squad. Correct choice on the one who went, I don't recall him doing much, neither can recall his name right now. I am not overly keen on Katie - she seems to have some half-arsed confidence which never quite cuts it really.
In regards to the products, I thought both were poor. One was wholly unadventurous, and the other if it made the project manager balk, was probably not a great idea to continue with.
Good watching though. I do enjoy an Apprentice which I can shout at the TV at.

Right choice of the three to go. Although I wouldn't have complained if Adam went.

I can't believe one team turned up to a pitch without a product for them to sample Did nobody think of phoning them to postpone?? Obviously not! I hate women who think that a smile and a flutter of the eyelids will get them what they want - it gives hard working women who get where they are by hard graft less credibility Ricky did come over well in the boardroom, although in general I think he's a bit of an arrogant wotsit.

The whole task was completely flawed and it drifted too far away from business acumen. The winning team should have been fined heavily for making flawed and costly promises that they could not uphold. Why were they not held accountable for the costs of the apparatus? In the end Dwayne got fired for reasons completely disconnected from business. The whole task was a poor joke!

Can be said about a few of Apprentice tasks. Can be said about quite a few interview techniques too.

exactly robin
i could have gone in and said right my business plan is it wont cost you a penny, we provide all the apparatus and you can charge the customer whatever you like to get maximum profit.
even though as a business plan i would loose money but they are gonna bite your hand off because it is an amazing deal for them, totally unsustainable and at the end of the day lord sugar is going into business with one of them based on their business plan!!!

The wrong team may have won, but I won't be missing Dwayne at all.
Does anyone know if Azhar has actually done anything this whole series? I hope he goes soon.

If he takes his shirt off again, I don't mind what he does.

May be of interest, but the Hearts-Rangers match featured in this week's episode was on Sat 22nd Oct. Which fits in with previous years as the wedding expo they went to previously was around halfway through the series, and assuming its still going takes place around the same time.

Actually having checked, wedding expo was Week 8 in 2008 which was slightly later than first thought, and this years event takes place 5th - 7th October, so they may be filming later in the year in the current series.

Should Azhar have gone last night? Probably not, the team leader, Jade, had an absolutely shocker and was easily the weak link, however Azhar has been poor for a number of weeks now so I guess he just ran out of lives!
It amazes me that Apprentice candidates don't study the tasks from previous series' as they could then pinpoint the pitfalls and ensure they focus on what should work. Though in the world of business it can be quite easy to let things get out of control and lose your way.

if they cant handle what is a training test when they know the answers, i worry for them in the real world...
they both should of went but i would have given azhar one more week and made him team leader, in the end he had the right ideas and strategy and she just ignored him among other fatal mistakes
