That poor woman in the shop when the women team were trying to flog the last of their stock and ganged up on her lol The right person went ... she just wasn't prepared to listen to anybody and wouldn't stop arguing - even with Lord Sugar! Once again the "You're Fired" programme is probably better than the main show itself - very funny

their house does look very nice this year. the right person got fired, you cant work with someone who never shuts up and fails to listen. the other two were awful on the task but atleast you could work with them

Some of the girls are really ropey this year (ability not looks). I guess it will take a few weeks for the real talent or lack of to show through.
I'd rather they'd have got rid of Miss Goldfish eyes Katie. She built herself up so much and she was shocking.
Shame about Billyana !! Very easy on the eye and probably would've settled down. If were in Lord Sugars shoes I'd have got rid for the very same reason !! She lost in the last 5 mins in the boardroom !

the worst part is he is looking for someone intuitive with their finger on the pulse that knows what's gonna happen before it does aswel as being creative and independent. so to keep digging a hole and not see the firing was coming because she couldn't shut up was a bit tragic for her, she displayed all the traits he doesn't want as a partner in the boardroom but on the task she did well, the other women disliked her simply because she showed them up and made them look weak and useless. mind you the guys team was awful, everything from the choice of that terrible 15 quid teddy, poor design ideas, no creativity, poor final product, messing up production, initially over pricing their products, they just stumbled upon an area they could sell enough to beat the women

The guys seem the strongest out of the group as a couple of the woman came across as if they didnt have a scoobie.
Glad the girl went out as she was getting on ma tits with the arguments all the time.

some of the women did look clueless but the men talked a good game and came up with what can only be described as cheap tat that nobody in the real world would buy, however if thats all it took to beat the women then that says probably more about the womens short comings

Glad the girl went out as she was getting on ma tits with the arguments all the time. Agree with this. Btw, Maria is originally from Herne Bay and helps run a Greek restaurant in Sandwich. Not knowing Sandwich at all means there's no reason I would have come across her before though. The weird thing is that after Vincent last year (and also Yasmina from Reading, who also helped run a restaurant, from a few years ago) I did actually look this year to see if I recognised anybody! Only discovered that about Maria in the local paper a few days later. In fact, without giving too much away, from the articles about her this week and last week I'm convinced I know whether she does well in the series or not. Lorraine, on the show a while back, was interviewed on local radio on Weds being from Beckenham (also an interview with Vincent in local paper this week - not much of note there tho) and one thing that she was asked was basically was it beneficial to get on the show. She said it was if you won but other than that it wasn't, and in fact she felt it discourages companies. I got the impression she regretted taking part at all!

I was just reading about the candidate. I didn't know Duane Bryan was Simon Webbe's brother!! He was also previously in the news for being a "have-a-go-hero" helping to stop a motorist from getting away after hitting a mother and child.

Another good episode and no really surprises that the girls lost this time. Personally I think the boys won the instant they decided to target the kitchen. I think people are always looking for practical gadgets to help them in the kitchen, but not so much the bathroom. Furthermore, Lakeland specialise a lot more in Kitchen tools and utensils than bathroom!
I'm not a fan of the blonde guy from Derby though, he's a real d*ck!

Was the chain of stores Lakeland? They were both pretty rubbish ideas but as if you'll have a good idea in 3 hours, unless you've had the idea stored up in your head! From seeing Apprentice it amazes me how females get jobs .

I never really like the 'innovation' tasks because it's so unreasonable to expect someone to come up with a decent idea in so little time.

Its a good way of testing who steps up to lead in a difficult task. who can come up with ideas, Who cant work as a team and who can work under pressure. with most tasks the biggest failure gets fired but tasks like this gives him room to get rid of the no hopers without them having to majorly bodge up as a project manager.

For one minute I thought Lord Sugar was going to fire both of them in the last show. They were both rubbish.

Only in the car, and I'm sorry but if I was on a longish journey and it was sunny and they were all trying to out do each other I'd probably go to sleep as well lol
Not that I'm not glad she didn't go in the end - she was rather annoying.

For one minute I thought Lord Sugar was going to fire both of them in the last show. They were both rubbish. Same here. I'm not sure Maria deserved to go for me, Jenna(?) was more culpable imo because of the cock ups with the figures, although as dunkster says Maria was annoying, especially on You're Fired. Only in the car, and I'm sorry but if I was on a longish journey and it was sunny and they were all trying to out do each other I'd probably go to sleep as well lol She said in local press this week (seems the same article is on the Kent Online website too) that the reason she fell asleep is because one of the other girls got up at 4am, which woke her up, also said she was disappointed to go, but by the same token was relieved to get her mornings back as she wasn't a morning person - went on the programme to have fun and for the experience. Turns out she's actually worked in a couple of restaurants in Herne Bay before, so its not that unlikely that I may have come across her at some point.

all 3 should of went, the one that messed up the figures and the pm. now the women will do what women do best when theres more than 3 of them in the same room and b****/moan and gang up on that blonde lass that was nearly fired in week one. in the last task although she wasnt majorly involved she did everything asked of her and did it well, she also was the only person in the big company meeting that explained the unit cost, even tho she wasnt on finance. she is the only one i like so far from the womens team
