I think I only know those two as well. "Heart & Soul" was brilliant.

"Cross My Heart" still gets regular play time. I love that song. I have the video too.

5.30 The Hardy Boys and Nancy Drew Mysteries...The Mystery of the Solid Gold Kicker. Slightly spooky... I bought the Season 1 dvds and this is my fave episode ever. It had a very young Mark Harmon guest star on it. Well I did say "slightly". Anyway I love me some retro tv... be it from the UK or the US. I was brought up with both living in different countries. But for all you UK telly addicts, here's a great site packed full with video clips (fast to download). The childrens tv and classic adverts sections are the best. www.tv-ark.org.uk/

"Automatic" I've always loved. I remember learning the lyrics as a little kid on my new walkman.

His duet with Olivia NJ on "Suddenly" is great too. He sounds like Julio Iglesias on it!

What about her best ever ballad in 1992 "Until You Come Back To Me" I lost my copy in the 90s!

The interviewer said she had to put on weight for a movie role that never came about... oooh that's gotta hurt!

Neither! But for her work in the 90s (inc the Christmas album which I still love ) I'd give the edge to Mariah.

Robert I'm not taking sides here, but I must say the text type (with the z's etc) that Showgirl is on about is not the same as the AAVE. At least AAVE still spells words correctly even if it is grammatically incorrect - unlike the new hiphop speak which is wrong on so many levels. I just think people should stick to what they are taught in schools or else standards will continue to drop and no one will know right from wrong. CASE IN POINT : Nelly "N Dey Say"... would it have completely ruined his credibility to call it And They Say?

I'll always prefer Janet with long flowing locks but this new bob is better than expected. She still keeps the length and it's a nice colour. Not great but not bad either.

Ever since my two nephews sang "Downtown" in last years school concert I've been singing it too. I always change the lyrics to "I know a place where you can get off your face" though. Ha ha.
I'm not a big fan of Emma but I did buy and absolutely love "Take My Breath Away". I also loved "Maybe" too.
The only Spice Girl I detest is Mel C for her dire "I Turn To You" and "Never Be The Same Again"... both depressing songs. I hated it how they played the crap "I Turn To You" remixes in the clubs too... talk about a come down song.
Anyway Emma's version of "Downtown" is okay. I'm glad she didn't stray too far from the original.

but now I think Brandy has always been better than what's on this album. You get an exalt for that. I love Brandy! So far she's not gone down that bland hiphop route yet. ... and yes Lola we know she looks like an alien.

Those 5 buffoons with their ugly silver teeth at the beginning were enough for me. It's just so cliche and played out. I mean who would actually buy this and listen to it again and again?
The only saving grace is that her bleached hair looks better in the vid then on the cd.
